Ace Hardware Corporation in California seeks a New Business Market Development Manager (MDM) to drive our store growth strategy across the CA region. You will manage development processes, recruit and assess candidates, negotiate deals, and close opportunities with retailers and investors.

This role requires 5+ years in retailing, franchising, or real estate; strong negotiation and presentation skills; MS Office proficiency; and willingness to travel 3-4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retailing, franchising, real estate or market development.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills are required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to travel 3–4 days per week and work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Execute operating procedures from Interest-to-Application, manage LOIs and financing steps.
