Ace Hardware Corporation in California seeks a Market Development Manager to lead business development and drive new store growth across the region. You will recruit, educate, and motivate potential investors, retailers, and candidates, and manage the end-to-end process from outreach to a closed opportunity.

The role requires at least 5 years in retailing, franchising, real estate or market development, a business degree preferred, and strong negotiation, presentation, and financial acumen.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years in retailing, franchising, real estate or market development.
• College degree in business preferred but not required.
• Ability to develop, secure, and close a new store and/or conversion opportunity.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
