Job summary

ExxonMobil seeks a senior commercial and market development leader to drive growth in infrastructure, composites, and related industries. You will shape growth strategies, build robust opportunity pipelines, and influence cross-functional teams across owners, engineering firms, and distributors to accelerate adoption of advanced solutions.

You will lead commercialization efforts, develop go-to-market plans, and provide market intelligence to guide leadership decisions.

Qualifications

10+ years of commercial, business development, strategic marketing, application development, or market development experience in construction, infrastructure, composites, polymers, advanced materials, or related industries.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Construction Management, Business or Marketing.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional commercialization initiatives.
Ability to develop qualified opportunity pipeline value that leads to achieving infrastructure segment growth targets.

Responsibilities

Strategic Market Development: Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with Infrastructure business objectives and emerging market trends.
Opportunity Identification: Assess market attractiveness, customer needs, specifications, and competitive landscapes to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Value Chain Engagement: Influence owners, engineering firms, contractors, fabricators, OEMs, distributors, and industry associations to drive adoption of Proxxima solutions.
Solution Development: Lead opportunities through the Solution Development and RWW processes, partnering with Technology, Manufacturing, and Sales teams.
Commercialization: Develop go-to-market plans, support customer trials, demonstration projects, and specification approvals, and accelerate revenue generation.
Business Intelligence: Provide market insights, market sizing, trend analysis, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Influence without authority and drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Technology, Supply Chain, and external partners.
