Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years of professional experience.
• Minimum 3 years in direct program management handling complex programs.
• Experience analyzing schedules, finances, risks, and contractual deliverables.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and performance of multiple complex programs across regions.
• Establish priorities, milestones and cross-functional accountability.
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead customer discussions on performance, schedule, pricing, and scope.
