KBR in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Manager, Deployed Support Services for the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program. The role leads CONUS/OCONUS teams and ensures timely, compliant contract deliverables while coordinating with senior leadership to meet government requirements.

Strong logistics, planning, and security clearance capabilities are essential. The position requires deep Marine Corps maintenance experience, 10+ years of leadership in logistics, and proven ability to manage complex programs

Qualifikationen

• Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience with Marine Corps maintenance and logistic support activities, including eight (8) years’ experience in cost/schedule controls, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Ten (10) years minimum leadership experience in a logistic or maintenance position.
• Five (5) years’ direct working experience with relevant logistics systems.
• US Citizen with ability to obtain Secret clearance and a valid state driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage international operations staffing with SLT members and support staff.
• Prepare, review, and approve contract deliverables as prescribed in the contract.
• Maintain project schedules, ensure deliverables are met and submit extension requests.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed for handling and storing equipment parts/components.
• Coordinate with sub-contracts activities to support international operations.
• Oversee international operations change requests and government reporting.
• Maintain ISO policy compliance and coordinate with maintenance offices as required.
• Plan site visits, inspections, and surge requirements for international locations.
• Lead quality control and non-conformance reporting to the government.
