Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years of DoD program management, acquisition, or modernization experience.
• Active Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of complex DoD programs, ensuring cost, schedule, technical, and mission objectives.
• Manage program financial performance, including revenue forecasting, operating plans, and P&L objectives.
• Establish program baselines, performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting structures.
• Lead program management reviews, customer briefings, and executive reviews.
