Senior Program Manager, Marine Corps Operations and Growth

We are seeking a senior operations and growth leader to help deliver mission-focused solutions that improve Marine Corps readiness, training, decision-making, and operational effectiveness. The Sr Program Manager will work across customers, programs, capture teams, and technical organizations to translate warfighter priorities into integrated, executable solutions. The initial emphasis will leverage deep TECOM and training-enterprise experience, while maintaining a broader Marine Corps and joint-service mandate. Success will be measured by the value delivered to the warfighter and by the sustainable funded work added to the program.

Responsibilities
  • Lead assigned Marine Corps program, task-order, transition, or work-package execution with accountability for cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, staffing, risk, security, subcontractors, customer outcomes, and financial performance.
  • Develop and maintain a Marine Corps growth plan centered on TECOM while pursuing broader mission needs across training, readiness, ranges, simulation, experimentation, digital engineering, autonomy, logistics, sustainment, and force modernization.
  • Serve as a core contributor to capture, within all applicable legal, ethics, procurement-integrity, recusal, and information-protection restrictions.
  • Participate on capture and proposal teams, contributing customer understanding, operational concepts, management approaches, transition plans, staffing concepts, solution alignment, color-team reviews, and executive briefings.
  • Build relationships across TECOM and other priority Marine Corps organizations, then translate mission needs into qualified opportunities and executable KBR solutions.
  • Position KBR-Trinzic as a mission-focused solution provider by integrating capabilities across mission engineering, readiness analytics, training and simulation, digital engineering, cyber, data, autonomy, logistics, and sustainment around defined warfighter outcomes.
  • Establish a repeatable operating rhythm for customer needs, solution development, pipeline, utilization, capture actions, program performance, mission outcomes, and leadership reporting.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree and substantial senior leadership experience in Marine Corps, joint, defense, training, readiness, program, or mission operations; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizations, portfolios, programs, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of Marine Corps missions, organizations, acquisition or training environments, with direct TECOM experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to support capture and proposal activities and to translate customer needs into management, technical, staffing, transition, or solution concepts.
  • Demonstrated executive communication, relationship-building, planning, decision-making, and team-leadership capability.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain required U.S. Government security eligibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Senior Marine Corps civilian or military leadership experience involving ranges, training areas, simulations, simulators, LVC environments, training modernization, readiness, experimentation, or force development.
  • Prior responsibility for enterprise strategy, operations, organizational transformation, resource prioritization, or major stakeholder alignment.
  • Experience supporting competitive captures, proposals, program transitions, mobilizations, or first-100-day execution plans.
  • Experience building partnerships across government, industry, academia, warfare centers, laboratories, or technology providers.
