• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of training facilitation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full training lifecycle from needs assessment to evaluation.
• Develop and maintain curricula, guides, and assessments.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training.
• Administer Workday Learning courses and track progress.
• Analyze training data and KPIs to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, site leadership, and SMEs on development initiatives.
