Job summary

Roquette in Keokuk, IA seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead HS&E programs and promote a strong safety culture across the site. You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, HR, and Corporate HSE to drive performance and regulatory compliance.

This role focuses on process safety excellence, environmental stewardship, and operational performance, with leadership of a small HSE team and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Appropriate certification (CSP, ASP, GSP, COSS, CES) is desirable.
• Experience with air emission and storm water compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead site HSE strategy and partner with senior leadership to drive safety culture.
• Develop and implement HS&E programs for the corn wet milling facility.
• Oversee training, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Drive incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Monitor safety metrics and report to management.
• Ensure OSHA and environmental regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with operations and corporate HSE teams.
• Lead a team of HSE professionals and foster inclusion.
