Job summary

Roquette is seeking a Training & Development Lead for our Human Resources team in Keokuk, Iowa. This role drives the design, delivery, and evaluation of manufacturing-focused training programs to build workforce capability and support operational excellence.

Responsibilities include lifecycle training management, curricula development, and leveraging Workday Learning and LMS tools. Collaboration with site leadership and SMEs is essential to address skill gaps and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Training & Development experience in manufacturing preferred.
• At least 3 years of training facilitation experience.
• Experience with Workday Learning and LMS metrics.
• Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives through the full lifecycle: assess, design, develop, deliver, evaluate and improve programs.
• Identify training needs via operational reviews, data, and feedback; align with site leadership and SMEs.
• Develop and maintain curricula, work instructions, guides, and assessments; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training; coordinate sessions and track attendance.
• Administer Workday Learning courses and maintain records with HRIS involvement.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report KPIs; support audits with proper documentation.
