Sabre seeks a capable project manager to lead multiple initiatives from concept through completion within a manufacturing setting in Little Rock, AR. You will develop project plans, coordinate activities, monitor progress, respond to customer needs, and guide teams through change while maintaining strong internal collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated leader who can work effectively without direct supervision.
• Knowledgeable of the manufacturing industry needs.
• Good personal organization.
• Effective verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills.
• Basic personal computer skills: MS Project, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and database entry.
• Able to work well with others throughout the company.
• Must be detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans.
• Coordinate projects and communicate progress.
• Develop workable implementation plans and communicate changes effectively.
• Schedule other people and their tasks to use time efficiently while planning ahead.
