Sabre Industries in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple teams. You will own projects from receipt to shipment, coordinating Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, and Accounting to meet schedules and customer expectations.

The role requires 5+ years in customer service or project management, and an associate degree or higher. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and/or project management.
• Familiar with manufacturing and shipping processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned projects from order receipt through shipment and close-out.
• Coordinate project execution across Sales, Engineering, Drafting, Production, Shipping, and Accounting.
• Serve as primary customer contact with timely, accurate communication.
• Identify risks, delays, or issues and take corrective action.
• Lead and participate in project meetings.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date project documentation.
