Sabre Industries is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all manufacturing, production, and shipping operations. You will shape the plant culture, drive performance, and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.

The role requires building leadership, managing budgets, and delivering on efficiency targets. As a full-time leader, you will oversee safety, training, and continuous improvement initiatives while coordinating with home office and other departments to meet business goals and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five years of steel manufacturing, welding, press, plasma machining and operations leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant activities, review performance against plans, and report results to management.
• Provide hands-on leadership to staff, ensuring achievement of goals and staff development.
• Oversee financial aspects including profitability, cost reduction, and budget monitoring.
• Ensure proper staffing to meet business goals and customer requirements.
• Plan and coordinate projects with other departments to resolve issues and improve operations.
• Stay informed on operational, engineering, and technical developments and implement improvements.
