Job summary

Sabre Industries seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, analysis, and accounting activities for the segment. You will partner with operations, production, and leadership to monitor performance and guide decisions.

You will lead monthly and year-end close, develop financial models and KPIs, and support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Strong communication and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other professional certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor working capital, cash flow, and financial controls.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.
