Qualifications

• Experience managing projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing project plans, status reports, executive updates, and project documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Define project scope, objectives, requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure activities align with goals and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and track action items to completion.
• Monitor progress and identify risks, issues, dependencies, and delays.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when needed.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain clear communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Track performance against milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
• Maintain accurate project documentation (plans, status reports, risk/issue logs, decisions).
• Identify opportunities to improve PM processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Support change management and adoption of project outcomes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail and quality.
