Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead all phases of plant operations, including production and shipping. You will establish the plant culture, motivate the team, and align site goals with the organization.

This role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and a focus on performance and customer satisfaction. You will work with home office and other departments to drive improvements, manage costs, and enhance safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Operations or related field.
• Minimum five years of steel manufacturing/operations leadership.
• Experience with Lean tools: Six Sigma, 5S, lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate all plant activities; review performance against plans and standards.
• Provide hands-on, energetic leadership; train and develop staff.
• Oversee financials including profitability, efficiency, and cost containment.
• Plan staffing to meet goals; ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
• Collaborate with departments to execute projects and resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping programs; ensure compliance with policies.
