Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Staff Partner in Andover, MA to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader supporting the Regional Site VP. This onsite role will align site priorities with company goals, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive budgeting, performance monitoring and compliance across key programs.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in programs / project management, leadership executive support and /or a technical lead in any technical discipline (engineering, operations, security, functional or mission areas... etc.).

Responsibilities

• Alignment of Priorities: Ensure site activities are aligned with overarching company objectives and streamline the execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Decision Support: Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide analytical support to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the VP and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Program Oversight: Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise.
• Budget and Resource Management: Oversee regional / site budget planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals.
• Team Leadership: Coordinates site council and staff, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and site objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners.
• Crisis and Incident Management: Collaborate with the Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) team to support incident response, ensuring the VP and Council are well-informed and prepared to act.
• Meeting Preparation: Plan agendas, coordinate briefings, and ensure the VP is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure that initiatives, projects, and activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
