Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking an Associate Director, Factory Operations Manager to supervise back-side processing and fabrication of saw crystal resonators. You will lead a high-performing team, drive capacity expansion, and embed continuous improvement across safety, quality, and efficiency.

You will partner with production, engineering and quality to meet production schedules, optimize processes and deliver results, while maintaining high standards of safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Production, Semiconductor, and/or Quality.
• Leadership experience in high-tech manufacturing and safety emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead back-side processing and resonator fabrication operations to meet production schedules.
• Develop strategic plans to improve cycle times and production targets.
• Act as liaison between production, engineering, quality and leadership teams.
• Drive continuous improvement using CORE, Six Sigma, 6S, and Kaizen.
• Oversee onboarding and development of employees and safety training.
