RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Executive to serve as a strategic partner for the Sensor business in New England, based in Andover, MA. You will align site priorities with company goals, drive critical initiatives, and oversee regional budgets and resources to ensure operational excellence.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide decision support, and lead the site council to deliver results while safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in programs / project management, leadership executive support and/or a technical lead in any technical discipline (engineering, operations, security, functional or mission areas).

VP of Manufacturing Operations for Sensor, New England regional for Andover, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Staff Partner to provide critical support by serving as a strategic partner and operational leader.

The role will ensure the alignment of site priorities with company goals, facilitate smooth operations, and support decision-making processes across key initiatives. The Business Partner will coordinate strategic projects, streamline operational management in partnership with functional leadership, and drive stakeholder engagement while maintaining a focus on budget, performance monitoring, and compliance. This role requires the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business and proprietary information. The ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative troubleshooter who possesses very strong organization, coordination, planning, analytical, teaming, cooperation and problem-solving skills. What You Will Do

• Crisis and Incident Management: Collaborate with the Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) team to support incident response, ensuring the VP and Council are well-informed and prepared to act.
• Meeting Preparation: Plan agendas, coordinate briefings, and ensure the VP is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements.
• Policy and Compliance: Ensure that initiatives, projects, and activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
