Job summary

Raytheon in Andover, MA is seeking a Product Manager to support the Sensors High Mix Circuit Card Manufacturing area. This onsite role requires coordinating with program operations, manufacturing work centers, and partners to ensure on-time integration of material and labor to meet schedules.

The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing activities, drive program execution, and lead cross-functional teams across manufacturing, operations and engineering.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience with at least 5–8 years in manufacturing, program or project management.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Program and/or project management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CCM schedule execution with cross-functional teams, Global Supply Chain, IPT, Engineering and other functions for depot work.
• Support Manufacturing Operations strategy and utilize CORE/R6Sigma best practices.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives for recurring efforts and new opportunities.
• Lead collaborative teams in tactical and strategic discussions to drive results.
