Responsibilities

• Alignment of priorities: ensure site activities align with company objectives and streamline execution of high-priority initiatives.
• Decision support: conduct research, prepare reports, and provide analytical support for decision-making.
• Cross-functional coordination: liaison between VP and departments to facilitate communication.
• Program oversight: monitor progress of key projects and address challenges.
• Budget and resource management: oversee regional/site budget planning and allocations.
• Performance monitoring: implement metrics to track progress against goals.
