Raytheon Technologies is seeking a seasoned operations leader for onsite role in MA. The position emphasizes delivering production commitments, deploying operations strategies, and managing capital and overhead budgets in a defense manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates bring extensive experience across operations, engineering, and supply chain, with strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with Raytheon systems and EVMS. Base salary range is provided.

Qualifications

• Requires university degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in related field.
• Experience in Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and/or Production Control.
• Strong management skills in a manufacturing defense industry with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Execute production delivery commitments.
• Deploy manufacturing operations strategy, controls, tools and metrics for progress and safety.
• Manage financial metrics including unit hour performance and overhead budgets.
• Lead workforce planning and forecasting.
• Oversee area layout and flow management.
• Identify and control overhead expenses for capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Execute capital projects.
