RTX is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Executive to serve as a strategic partner for the Sensor business in New England, based in Andover, MA. You will align site priorities with company goals, drive critical initiatives, and oversee regional budgets and resources to ensure operational excellence.

In this role you will coordinate cross-functional teams, provide decision support, and lead the site council to deliver results while safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and 8 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 5 years’ experience.
• Experience in programs / project management, leadership executive support and/or a technical lead in any technical discipline (engineering, operations, security, functional or mission areas).

Responsibilities

• Align site activities with company objectives and streamline high-priority initiatives.
• Provide research, reports, and analytical support to inform decision-making.
• Serve as a liaison between the VP and other departments for collaboration.
• Monitor and track progress of key projects and address challenges.
• Oversee regional/site budget planning and resource allocation.
• Implement metrics to measure progress toward goals.
• Coordinate site council and staff to foster a high-performance culture.
• Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with BRCM team for incident response preparedness.
• Plan agendas and ensure VP is prepared for meetings.
• Ensure initiatives comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements.
