Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering design requirements into detailed manufacturing process documents.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and assembly with program engineering teams.
• Lead process improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Validate Manufacturing Process documents for accuracy and compliance with design.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, operations, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
