Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee manufacturing projects, warranty services, and cross-functional program execution. You will work with procurement, engineering, and quality teams to ensure profitability and on-time delivery while driving improvements across Hyve Manufacturing locations.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in operations/engineering in a contract manufacturing setting, with at least 5 years of direct leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Twelve+ years in Operations or Engineering with 5+ years of direct reports in a Contract Manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills to achieve objectives.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills within Engineering and Manufacturing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and non-exempt staff. Travel<25%.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage day-to-day operations to support manufacturing projects and warranty services.
• Guide development and implementation of new projects within Manufacturing Operations.
• Coordinate across procurement, engineering, program management, manufacturing, warehousing and quality.
• Review systems tools and develop enhancements for profitability and efficiency.
• Drive cost-effective actions across Hyve related to Manufacturing Operations and related groups.
• Plan and justify budgets, staffing, and capital expenditures; support audits and compliance.
