Job summary

Hyve Solutions seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing to provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing execution, workforce planning, quality, cost, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will translate demand into production plans, lead teams, and collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, PM, and HR to ensure safe, efficient, scalable operations.

The role focuses on Lean implementation, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, cost control, and sustainability.
• Experience leading multi-shift production teams and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy for assigned operations.
• Create production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet demand with quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead headcount planning and hiring based on forecasts and capacity.
• Implement quality-control measures and partner with Quality/Engineering to address issues.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on procurement, inventory, and vendor support.
• Drive cost savings, supplier negotiations, and budgeting within approved limits.
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve efficiency, cost, and sustainability.
• Mitigate manufacturing risks to ensure resilient operations.
• Develop and coach manufacturing managers and teams across shifts.
• Use data and metrics to communicate results and needs to leadership.
