• Strong leadership and management skills to achieve operations and business objectives.
• Excellent negotiation and collaboration skills within an Engineering and Manufacturing environment.
• Effective communication with senior management and manufacturing staff.
• Participation in Internal Audits per ISO 9001:2000/QMS standards.

Responsibilities

• Actively managing day-to-day operations to support manufacturing projects and warranty services within Hyve.
• Guide internal development/implementation of new projects and services within manufacturing operations.
• Provide support across procurement, engineering, program management, manufacturing, warehouse and quality.
