Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations required.
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred for strategic leadership roles.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing and warehousing, global scope preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global manufacturing and site operations strategy aligned with long-term growth.
• Lead global footprint optimization, capacity planning, site selection, expansion, and automation initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations across multiple sites with focus on quality, efficiency, and safety.
