Job summary

Hyve Solutions in the United States (Las Vegas) seeks a Senior Manager, Manufacturing to translate demand into executable production plans and to lead safe, scalable operations. You will drive strategy, headcount planning, quality, cost, and on-time delivery while partnering with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and HR to develop high-performing teams and sustain continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing experience, including leadership.
• Experience leading multi-shift production teams in electronics or related environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, planning, quality, cost control, and sustainability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Data-driven decision making with familiarity with ERP/MRP and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy for assigned operations in alignment with company goals.
• Create production plans, schedules, and budgets to meet demand while ensuring quality, cost, and on-time delivery.
• Plan headcount and hiring plans based on forecasts, yields, capacity, and shifts.
• Implement and maintain quality-control measures and collaborate with Quality and Engineering.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain on procurement, inventory, and vendor support.
• Control costs by identifying savings opportunities and managing budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles and applicable technologies.
• Identify and mitigate manufacturing risks to support resilient operations.
• Lead and develop managers, supervisors, and production teams across shifts.
• Use data and metrics to communicate results and needs to leadership.
