Responsibilities

• Ensure safe manufacture of products and maintain a safe work environment.

• Provide coaching, development, and performance feedback.
• Plan, organize, and supervise operations to meet schedules cost-effectively.
• Lead budgeting processes and capital requests as appropriate.
• Hire and train subordinate supervisory staff.
