Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities and adapt to changing situations.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Proven ability to lead people and deliver results through others with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities of assigned manufacturing areas and ensure safe manufacture of products.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and legal requirements.
• Provide coaching and development; resolve employee issues.
• Plan, organize, and supervise operations per production schedules and budgets.
• Lead annual budgeting process and submit capital equipment requests as needed.
• Interview and hire staff; manage hiring with affirmative action and EEO goals.
• Maintain staffing to meet production schedules and drive productivity.
