The successful candidate will support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial closes while ensuring adherence to company costing policies and US GAAP principles. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, budgeting, planning, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within cost targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to improve operational efficiency and gross margin.
• Manage cost accounting transactions ensuring GAAP compliance and costing policies.
• Maintain inventory valuation accuracy through costing and cycle counts.
• Provide margin analysis and reports to Operations Management.
• Prepare daily/monthly P&L inputs and support major business decisions.
• Lead annual physical inventories and assist in ERP upgrade projects.
