Job summary

Augmentis is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join a collaborative accounting team embedded within a manufacturing-focused environment. You will own core general accounting functions including general ledger activities, month-end close, and financial reporting, while supporting inventory accounting and forecasting activities.

The role offers meaningful day-to-day ownership, exposure to ERP systems, and opportunities for professional development within a blue-chip aerospace

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting or Finance
• 2–3 years of accounting experience in manufacturing
• Working knowledge of US GAAP in manufacturing or cost accounting
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for the general ledger monthly
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items
• Support monthly close and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Assist with inventory-related reporting, standard cost revisions, and forecasting
