Job summary

Leoforce in the United States is seeking a seasoned Permanent Controller to lead all financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and provide strategic insights to drive growth. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a financial leadership role, preferably in manufacturing, with strong inventory management and IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities include managing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, audits, risk management, and mentoring a finance team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in a financial management role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in financial analysis and inventory management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Manage inventory control for accurate tracking, valuation, and reporting.
• Maintain internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare financial reports and statements with timeliness and accuracy.
• Coordinate with auditors and manage the audit process.
• Lead and mentor a finance team to drive continuous improvement.
