Job summary

The role partners with operations to improve profitability, strengthen internal controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting across the business. 5+ years in manufacturing finance, CPA/CMA preferred; ERP/Excel skills required. Salary $95k-$115k with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing financial processes.
• Experience managing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• ERP experience and advanced Excel skills.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop accounting staff while fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities.
• Partner with manufacturing leaders to improve profitability and control costs.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and performance metrics.
