CFS is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Controller in Michigan to oversee financial operations, cost accounting, and reporting within a manufacturing environment. The role partners with plant leadership to provide insights that improve performance, margins, and decision-making.

Strong manufacturing finance background and hands-on costing experience are essential. Responsibilities include cost accounting, inventory valuation, budgeting, forecasting, and leading financial closes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and KPIs.
• Maintain general ledger accounts, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and support financial reporting requirements.
• Manage standard costing, variances, and inventory valuation.
• Partner with operations to improve margins and efficiency.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
