Job summary

Dynamic Manufacturing Inc. in Hillside, IL seeks a Controller to lead accounting operations, close processes, and consolidated financial reporting across our manufacturing footprint.

You will partner with Plant Leadership, Operations and executive management to drive accuracy, controls, and financial insight. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in accounting/finance, CPA, strong manufacturing cost accounting experience, and a proven track record in process improvement, ERP systems, and data

Qualifications

• CPA required.
• Manufacturing industry experience.
• 10+ years progressive accounting/finance experience.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience leading finance transformation or automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close per US GAAP.
• Manage balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Own cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation.
• Drive internal controls, compliance, and external audit coordination.
• Partner with Plant Leadership and Operations to improve productivity and margins.
• Lead finance transformation and data-driven decision making.
