Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive financial management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Active CPA or similar certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all plant financial functions including month-end close and reporting.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance.
• Monitor cash flow and capital investments for organizational needs.
• Partner with Plant Manager for strategic planning and negotiations.
