Job summary

Leoforce in the United States is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting operations in a manufacturing environment. You will lead the close process, ensure compliant financial reporting, and partner with leadership on budgeting and financial planning.

You will manage and develop the accounting team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with operations and executives to enhance efficiency while maintaining GAAP compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (or similar certification) is preferred.
• 5-10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with inventory accounting and ERP systems (Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Proven ability to lead month-end close and financial reporting processes.
