Leoforce is seeking an experienced Controller in Indianapolis, IN to lead financial operations for our manufacturing-focused team. You will drive month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow management, and budgeting with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

The right candidate has 5+ years in finance, strong analytical skills, and Epicor proficiency. This role offers a collaborative environment and a strong compensation package.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years in a business or finance environment with management experience.
• Proven Controller/Accounting leadership in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of business and financial principles and practices.
• Excellent data analysis and forecasting models.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all company accounts and investments.
• Create monthly and annual reports to identify results and forecasts.
• Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and internal reports.
• Synchronize finance department operations and processes.
• Ensure accurate recording, filing and reporting of financials.
• Establish and implement financial reporting systems for compliance.
• Collaborate with auditing services for regulatory compliance.
• Develop budgets and financial plans based on data reports.
• Review financial plans and budgets for cost reduction opportunities.
• Examine reports for discrepancies and drive accuracy.
• Create systems to prevent data collection and calculation errors.
