Leoforce is seeking a seasoned Controller with manufacturing accounting experience to lead the Accounting and Finance department. You will manage all accounting operations, drive strategic planning, and ensure robust controls and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a senior finance/accounting role.
• Proficiency with Oracle and financial software.
• Strong knowledge of finance, budgeting, and cost controls.
• Experience coordinating audits and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with subsidiaries and foreign operations.
• Proven leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting department operations and design an appropriate organizational structure.
• Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance and support.
• Develop and implement best practices for financial management and control.
• Produce accurate, timely financial reports and present findings to management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage annual budget production and forecasts, reporting variances.
• Coordinate information for external auditors for the annual audit.
• Monitor debt levels and covenants compliance.
• Oversee financial operations of subsidiaries and foreign entities.
• Manage third parties outsourced for financial functions.
• Implement and manage financial systems, including Oracle.
