Aston Carter is seeking a Procurement Manager to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a Chattanooga manufacturing facility. You will oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and inventory planning while driving cost reduction and continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Logistics to optimize supplier performance and mitigate risks. On-site leadership will be key.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or related production environment preferred.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business and manufacturing objectives.
• Manage sourcing, purchasing, and replenishment of materials and equipment.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality and delivery.
• Lead competitive bidding, supplier selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor market trends and supply risks to support decisions.
• Develop contingency plans for critical suppliers and materials.
