Job summary

Riggs CAT in Arkansas seeks a Major Accounts Representative to own revenue on qualifying mega projects. You will win business, understand delivery requirements, and build strong working relationships with customers and Riggs teams.

You will evaluate opportunities, manage top-tier relationships with GCs, plant engineers, and procurement, and present a complete Riggs solution—rental, new/used sales, parts, service, and power—on each project. This role requires travel, up to 90%, across Arkansas.

Qualifications

• Proven sales track record in heavy equipment, construction, or industrial capital goods.
• Ability to engage with leaders from site superintendents to procurement.
• Working knowledge of construction and industrial equipment operations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize opportunities using Riggs’ project scorecard.
• Own top-tier project relationships with general contractors and site teams.
• Deliver a complete Riggs solution across rental, sales, parts, service, and power.
• Coordinate delivery with cross-functional Riggs teams on each project.
• Plan revenue and resources to align with project timelines.
• Track revenue, market share, and performance and report to leadership.
