ARMI is seeking a Key Accounts Manager for Fayetteville, AR to own relationships with major accounts in the process piping and installation space. You will manage a portfolio, conduct site visits, and drive service expansions while coordinating with operations and preconstruction for multi-phase projects.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial equipment and strong knowledge of piping systems, with up to 60% travel and occasional night/weekend coverage.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of proven work experience in industrial equipment and installation
• Strong technical knowledge of Industrial Piping Systems and applications
• Availability to travel up to 60% of the time
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned key customer accounts and maintain partnerships
• Manage an active portfolio of accounts with accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
• Conduct regular customer touchpoints including site visits and executive reviews
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans supporting capital projects and expansions
• Identify and pursue additional service opportunities including maintenance programs and long-term service agreements
• Collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction teams to position ARMI for repeat work and multi-phase projects
• Monitor account health by reviewing payment trends and risks in partnership with Accounting
• Support pricing discussions, service renewals, and contract reviews to ensure alignment with scope and profitability
• Maintain strong customer engagement from kickoff through execution and closeout
• Identify follow-on opportunities and assist with project closeout for retention
