Valmont Industries seeks a Maintenance Scheduler to develop and manage the preventative maintenance plan, balancing PM needs with repairs of critical equipment and facilities. Responsibilities include reviewing PM requirements, managing inventory, and driving action plans to close gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an Associate's with 3+ years of related experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and scheduling.
• Experience with master scheduling and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Create, assign, schedule, and monitor work orders.
• Coordinate maintenance workload with production demands.
• Review PMs and create work orders for PM and repairs.
• Manage inventory levels and supplier schedules.
• Identify and resolve material and capacity conflicts.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on outstanding orders and plans.
