Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Maintenance Planner / Scheduler to plan, coordinate and schedule maintenance work for improved equipment reliability and plant uptime.

The role emphasizes proactive planning weeks in advance and requires experience in PM, backlog management, and coordinating with multiple internal teams. Knowledge of Maintimizer CMMS and strong organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of maintenance planning experience in food processing or manufacturing.
• CMMS experience required; Maintimizer preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Able to read manuals, drawings and Bills of Materials.
• Well organized, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Review planned maintenance requests and confirm scope, priority, and resources.
• Develop complete job plans for PM and non-breakdown work with steps, hours, parts, tools and safety.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, Operations and Purchasing to ensure parts availability.
• Maintain and update work orders, PMs and equipment history in Maintimizer.
• Support shutdown and major-maintenance planning with labor and material coordination.
