Job summary

Pharmavite is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to coordinate preventive, predictive, and shutdown maintenance for our manufacturing operations. The role supports safe, efficient, and reliable plant performance and requires strong planning, scheduling, and CMMS skills.

You will develop maintenance plans, manage labor, materials, and vendors, and partner with site leaders to meet production goals while ensuring cGMP compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and related maintenance experience.
• 4-6 years of maintenance/reliability planning experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 1-3 years coordinating planned maintenance, preventive maintenance, shutdown work, materials, vendors, or contractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive, predictive, corrective, shutdown, and project maintenance.
• Develop and maintain maintenance schedules with priorities, labor availability, and material readiness.
• Coordinate materials, services, purchasing, and cost control for planned maintenance.
• Maintain CMMS data and work records, track performance, and support audits and continuous improvements.
