Job summary

Le Sueur Incorporated is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to coordinate and optimize maintenance activities across the facility. You will develop schedules, plan preventive maintenance, and ensure resources are available to execute work efficiently and safely.

The role requires strong organization, CMMS experience, and the ability to liaise between Maintenance and Production to balance reliability with production needs. This is a full-time, on-site position at our Minnesota facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in maintenance planning/scheduling preferred.
• Experience with CMMS or computerized maintenance management system preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate maintenance work orders from requests.
• Create and maintain accurate work orders for approved maintenance.
• Develop daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules.
• Plan preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate parts, tools, manpower, and equipment for scheduled work.
• Prepare planning packages with instructions, drawings, and materials.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust as needed.
• Maintain maintenance records and reporting.
