You will align work plans with Exelon goals, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and monitor KPIs while championing a diverse, high-performance culture. This role requires responsive planning and strong leadership to ensure reliable energy delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field; 2–4 years utility ops exp or 6–9 years if no degree.
• Strong scheduling and planning abilities with PC/mainframe systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule, and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks and projects.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies; align work plans with business goals.
• Lead or co-lead work screening and resource allocation, ensuring optimal staffing.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to Work Management processes.
• Support a learning, diverse, high-performance culture and respond to energy delivery emergencies.
