ComEd in Chicago seeks a disciplined Maintenance Planner to prioritize, schedule and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks across multiple sites. You will align work plans with business goals and support outages, project migrations, and resource optimization.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling expertise, and travel within the ComEd territory. Join a team focused on reliability, safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of relevant utility experience or 6–9 years without degree.
• Working knowledge of PC and mainframe scheduling.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
• Excellent organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to execute independent judgment and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
• Proficiency with PassPort Work Management, Hyperion and Project View.
• Ability to travel throughout ComEd service territory.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, schedule and coordinate corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance tasks and projects.
• Execute and monitor Work Management policies and processes.
• Optimize operations to meet financial, reliability, safety and performance goals.
• Monitor performance measures and ensure process adherence across operations.
• Chair or co-chair the Work screening committee and coordinate with departments.
• Promote a learning organization and support a high-performance culture.
